Trading performance of 06th Jan 2021
My calls performance on 06th Jan 2021 shown in chart below
Reason for my Entry: (1st Trade)
· Today SGX nifty opened with Negative & In pre market bank nifty closed at +117
· Today's 1st 5 min Red candle open Above "S3"
· Today's 1st 5min candle high and low marked in Yellow line ( Chart )
· Today 4 times 1st candle high try to broken but failed
· At 12.15 PM green candle break the 1st candle high
· So I decided to give a Call in Banknifty 07th Jan 31700 CE (Buy above 350)
· Stop loss was previous candle Low (Most important point in trading is always trail your Stop loss)
· I fix my target as "R3"
Reason for my Entry: (2nd Trade)
· "R3" was not broken by Green candle and try many times and failed to break the "R3" that is the sigh of trend reversal
· At 02.05 PM red candle break the 1st candle low immediately i enter into PE option
· So I decided to give a Call in Banknifty 07th Jan 32000 PE (Buy above 375)
· Stop loss was previous candle High (Most important point in trading is always trail your Stop loss)
· I fix my target 1:2
Why i choose 31700 CE
· Today from 09.15 to 11.30 market movement in sideways but candle not try to break the 1st candle low (31739) so their is the strong support that is the reason for i choose 31700 CE

DeleteR3 and S3 is the trend reversal area

2.rejection at support or resistance for reversal
Is there any other rules to follow
Shall one can start live trading with these rules what u taught
